Today was a pretty good class. I really liked being able to see our skiing routes on google earth. I can't wait to do more GPSing. Also, it's pretty interesting to see how you can use the "intersect" and "union" commands in for your data.

today we watched an hour long video containing tips and tricks. At the beginning, i found it very interesting, near the end though, i was nearly asleep. the lab exercises were pretty interesting and potentially quite useful in my future endeavours.

I enjoyed the real estate aspect of class today. I think it would be very useful in today's real estate market. i also found your story from your Mexico trip quite interesting. Jo and I would love to go live in a third world country trying to save both the local people and the earth. thanks for showing us there is much to do in the world with GIS.

I enjoyed this exercise much more than the normal book exercises because it seemed like i wasn't just reading some instructions and regurgitating them back. I also enjoyed this exercise because i like biking at bent creek. all and all, class was pretty good.

We learned how to create feature classes and also how to edit attributes. As a civil engineering cad designer who designs new subdivisions regularly, i found this pretty interesting and enjoyed it.

We learned tons of great new information, especially how to create a map about saving Tigers. I'm learning new skills every class. Can't wait for that test.

We had a good class today. We learned more today than last time. I enjoyed making the new map. I espcially liked seeing what you could do with GPS units and data with google earth. I would enjoy tracking myself while mountain biking or skiing as I try to do both often. I look forward to learning more not only in this class, but the others to come.
